Alan has a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and has been practising as a solicitor since 1976. He has also been an accredited mediator since 1992. Through the Law Society of NSW, he has accredited specialist qualifications in insurance, tort law and litigation. Alan began practising on the Central Coast in 1977 and has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, insurance, negligence, industrial and employment law, commercial litigation and liquor licensing in particular.

Geoff attended the Australian National University and the University of NSW. He obtained a law degree and an economics degree with an accounting major. He began practising in a Gosford firm in 1980, became a partner in 1981 and spent the next 15 years in general practice, covering most aspects of the law. For the past 10 years he has specialised in conveyancing, commercial and mortgage practice.

Paul commenced work with Steele & Walker as a clerk of law in 1994. Since that time, Paul has concentrated and focused upon criminal and family law, advising clients in relation to a broad range of areas either directly related or ancillary to family and criminal law. As a Partner in the firm, Paul is responsible for the conduct of matters in the District and Local Courts as well as instructing Counsel in Supreme Court actions. He has qualifications in law and accounting from Maquarie University and is admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme and High Courts.
JOHN TURNELL

John went to the University of Sydney where he obtained a Master of Laws degree and later in his career went back to Macquarie University graduating with a Master of Arts degree. His specialty is Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Succession Act litigation and Elder Person’s Law. John was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1976 and has over 35 years legal experience.

John is a keen sportsman. He referees rugby union on the Central Coast and is a keen bicyclist. When not at Peninsula Law is also an amateur historian with a special interest in Australian military history.
MICHAEL SETON

Michael has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Sydney and is admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court and High Court. He began practicing in a national mid-tier firm in Sydney in the areas of commercial litigation, construction and property contracting before relocating to practice on the Central Coast with Peninsula Law in 2009.

Since joining the firm, Michael has specialised in advocacy work and advising clients in the areas of family and criminal law. He also draws on his extensive commercial experience to assist clients in matters involving property, business and dispute resolution.
